Introduction – How to fill in this form

Please read these notes since they should help you when filling this application.

Do not be put off by this application form, its purpose is quite simple, it is to help you provide us with the information that we need to decide whether or not yours is the sort of project that we are able to support.

This application form is a series of short questions or, if you prefer, prompts, which should guide you, in a structured way, to provide the information we need to consider your application correctly and to maximise your chance of being successful. Please do not provide long answers. Limit your answers to 250 words.

At the end there is a catch all question, ‘is anything else you would like to tell us?’ This will allow you to bring out the unique feature of your project which you may not have been able to demonstrate in your previous answers. If you feel the committee be helped by having some further material such as brochures or an annual report and accounts please include these if you feel they may assist our deliberations but they are not normally required.

Good luck with your application.
